What our classes involve
At Round 15 Boxing Club, our aim is to train fighters and to help people improve their lifestyle and fitness through the art of boxing. We make our classes tough for those training so that they can reap the awards from pushing themselves afterwards.
Our sessions typically involve:
10 minute warm-up
2-3 rounds of shadow boxing (between 5-8 minutes with 1 minute rest inbetween)
5 rounds of sparring (15 minutes with 1 minute rest inbetween)
6 rounds of bag work (varying between technique training, freestyle, and conditional training)
We finish with a variety of exercise such as weight training, cardio training, core training, and resistance training
This training reign has been made so that new members can have a taste of the experience but also provide a tough workout for our more experienced members.
