After completing their police service, Chief Superintendents Tim Jones and Phil Davies decided to combine their knowledge and skills and use them for the benefit of the outside world.

They chose a team of specialist trainers, drawn also from the high-risk world of policing, to provide guidance, support and effective learning toolkits to companies and individuals in a world of ever-evolving risk.
