    Tutor, Merthyr College

  • Tim and Phil were able to facilitate several sessions with students across all sites and studying a variety of courses. They, and their team, were incredible, with the relationship commencing when they provided a ‘taster session’ to the Heads and Deputy Heads of School so that the planning of the sessions to be delivered could be tailored to the students and their needs. Both were accommodating of our requests. These sessions were conducted over a 4 week period, during which time Phil fed back on any issues and the whole team were supportive of any requests.

Christine Davies, Director of Studies, NPTC Group of Colleges

  • Staff commented on the professionalism and flexibility of Tim, Phil and their team and their ability to identify coping strategies for the challenges that young adults face in their current environments. Staff felt that the experience was invaluable for the students and supported their preparation for employment or higher education.

“Within policing we are very good at adapting to and reducing threat. When we completed our service, we realised that we could take the many strategies we developed as senior police leaders and apply them externally, continuing to protect people.”
